Most of them are sitting in their kombis or bedrooms, ordering goods using a $30 smartphone, and waiting for a "Runner" (Shipping Agent) to deliver the box to town.

Today, I’m going to share the story of Tariro (not her real name), a UZ student who turned her last $20 note into a side business that now pays her fees. And I will show you how to do the exact same thing.

The Real Story: Tariro’s $20 Experiment

Step 1: Pick the "Lightweight" Winners

Step 3: The "Consolidation" Secret (Shipping)

This is the most important part.

If you use DHL or FedEx, they will charge you $50 to ship a $20 package. You will make a loss.

You must use a "Runner" / Shipping Agent.

There are many agents in Harare (mostly around the CBD, Kaguvi Street, or Gulf Complex).

How it works: They give you their "Warehouse Address" in China.

The Action: When you checkout on Shein, you put their China address as the delivery location.

The Consolidation: The agent collects packages from 50 different Zimbabweans, puts them in one big container, and flies it to Harare.
